Single Point Timesheet Entry & Excel File Import

Once entered the timesheet data is then converted to charges while accounting for available units per the Consumer’s plan of care data. All billing processed for the day is then automatically sent to Medicaid (or other payer) each night for processing.


Telephony Import

This feature allows you to take raw data available from your Telephony provider and import that data into the ACM where it is then converted directly in charges! This eliminates entering the same data multiple times and can provide a huge time savings!


Payroll Period Data Export

The ACM now offers the ability to take your billing data and export the needed information to payroll management applications such as CYMA and ADP. This means that with just a few clicks you can now easily and accurately process your payroll without having to repeat data entry. This feature allows for a large saving in time and increases productivity!


Automatic Claims Submission

Claims filing couldn't be easier! Create, process or edit charges and reimbursements from any location. Every night your claims will automatically be transmitted to Medicaid for rapid processing.


Electronic Remittance

With Amber CIL Manager you are able to download your remit files directly from Medicaid and then easily load them into the application. All payments and denials are presented on screen for approval or correction and a single click approves and enters all of the payment data for you! Do away with the tedium and errors associated with manual input of the payment data and gain additional time savings.


Lost Time Recapture

In states where allowed, the Amber CIL Manager can save you money by using a proprietary method to find and bill time lost to partial units throughout the month.


Powerful & Easy to Use Reporting System

Amber CIL Manager features a very powerful reporting system covering everything from Consumer tracking to detailed reporting of claims filed and payments received. There are also a number for reports tailored specifically to the needs of a CIL or In-Home Provider and custom reports are available upon request. Your reports can be printed or viewed on screen from any location and applicable reports can be exported to PDF, Excel, HTML, CSV or text files. Optionally, on a monthly basis, a customized set of your data can be delivered automatically to your office in the form of printed reports, electronic files or on CD-ROM.


Document Management

Photographs, text documents and external images can easily be incorporated into the patient's electronic record via upload or scanner for a complete and permanent archive.
