Amber CIL Manager™ requires an Internet connection. The system has been tested using 56Kbps dialup connections successfully. A high speed connection is highly recommended (DSL, cable modem, etc.).

Note: As of April 8, 2014 Microsoft stopped supporting Windows XP and therefore it is no longer an officially supported platform.
