Coupled with internet access you probably already have, the Amber Clinic Manager will be your anytime, anywhere, billing and office management solution.

Your monthly fee allows you full access to the reliable and secure Amber Clinic Manager practice management application. Included are HIPAA-compliant electronic claims, technical support and training*, application updates, regular updates to CPT and ICD code sets, and daily backups of your valuable clinic data.

Access to the Amber Clinic Manager is just $299 per month for a single provider (e.g. physician, practitioner, therapist, etc.) Additional billing providers can be added for only $199 per month. Ambulance billers and other non-provider based entities may qualify for a reduced rate and a small per-claim fee.

Already Have Electronic Filing?

The Amber Clinic Manager Software is available without electronic claims service at a reduced rate if you wish to use an electronic claims clearinghouse of your choosing. If you select our all-payer electronic claims solution, an additional fee may apply to claims sent via paper.

* Note: Your subscription to the Amber Clinic Manager service entitles your clinic to up to 4 hours of initial tele-training, and 60 minutes of technical phone support per month. Additional support is handled on a per incident basis.
