2020-04-30 16:18 CT -   Chat and phones back online.  All services are available.

2020-04-30 13:30 CT -  About 1:00pm CT the fiber to the building was cut.  Chat server is down but all other services remain fully online.   ETA on a fix is about 4 hours.
