Your monthly fee allows you full access to the reliable and secure Amber Clinic Manager practice management application. Included are HIPAA-compliant electronic claims, technical support and training*, application updates, regular updates to CPT and ICD code sets, and daily backups of your valuable clinic data.
Access to the Amber Clinic Manager is just $249 per month for a single provider (e.g. physician, practitioner, therapist, etc.) Additional billing providers can be added for only $149 per month. Ambulance billers and other non-provider based entities may quality for a reduced rate and a small per-claim fee.

The Amber Clinic Manager Software is available without electronic claims service at a reduced rate if you wish to use an electronic claims clearinghouse of your choosing. If you select our all-payer electronic claims solution, an additional fee may apply to claims sent via paper .
* Your subscription to the Amber Clinic Manager service entitles your clinic to up to 4 hours of initial tele-training, and 60 minutes of technical phone support per month. Additional support is handled on a per incident basis.
